The Stylistbook - Street Style Fashion Blog

Skatehut born in 2007 when a family returned from vacation and found that in the UK it was very difficult to get the Heelys that her three children had seen in the United States. So they thought they would have a possible business there. They started with a pair of Heelys for their children and a few months later they had thousands for sell in UK.

Shore: the place for the freesports lovers

Shore the place for the freesport lovers (1)

Shore was born in 1982 as a store for the market of products dedicated to surfing. Founded by Simon Crawford in West Sussex, UK, Shore was installed as a reference of freesports lovers  and its success allowed him to open new offices and, of course, the online store.
Similar story can be told of the English brand Animal. Born in the UK when two surf fans warned that making products for lovers of this sport could fund their trips to Oz and Hawaii.
With stories so similar and it seemed strange that Shore and Animal had nothing in common with the passage of time. Actually Animal has become one of the clothing brands for freesports lovers of more and better sold in the online store of Shore.

Designerwear: designer clothes just one click

The Stylistbook - Street Style Fashion Blog

Designerwear is a company from UK with more than fifteen years in the market. I discovered it a few days ago. And one of the most interesting things is that they buy direct from the brand-holder so they can offer you savings of up to 70% off the original retail price of your favourite designer clothing brands. That´s fantastic! Don´t you think so? Some of the brands they have got: Firetrap, Voi Jeans, Police 883, Gio Goi, Franklin and Marshall.

Of course they have more brands on the website and in the stores. You could visit the retail outlets they have got across England.

Maybe you are thinking about what kind of clothes you could find there. You have a good selection of authentic designer ladies and men clothing, shoes and accessories. And if you are a fashion person this is a space where you could find all the latest fashions trends.

Tous by you

The Stylistbook - Tous by you (1)A few days ago Tous invited me for the presentation of “Tous by you” with the participation of  the bloggers: Alexandra from Lovely Pepa, Aida from Dulceida and Silvia from Bartabac. There we could see the video with the three bags specially hand-customised by Tous, that best represent the personality of each blogger. I found the idea was very funny. You could have a bag like you want. That´s fantastic.

The Stylistbook - Tous by you (2)

Tous invites you to customize a bag that fits your personality and style. That is the new proposal you could find on line since the next 15 of march. A good opportunity to have the exclusive bag you prefer.

Which is your favourite colour? For me, the red is one that always I have got in my closet.

It could be an interesting game. Let Tous guess which bag represents your personality!

A few days ago looking for some street style picture I saw in front of Batlo house a group of people filming with a video camera. As you know I´m so curious, so I presented myself and of course I want to know who they were. The team was working for a special edition for Marie Claire France. I met Keiko Suyama, Paris correspondent and Louise Ebel, known as Miss Pandora. This is a special picture I have taken. I really like her style because it looks like natural, fresh and funny.  What do you think?

Make up session

The Stylistbook - Street Style Fashion Blog

As you know in the last 080 Barcelona Fashion Week I´ve been with my camera in the make up and costumes backstage. It was really incredible be there. I could see how the makeup artists used different products, shadows, eyeliners, blush and rouge.
Some makeup were more naturals with warm colours, while others had more depth in the eyes, with the presence of dark tones. It´s interesting see how each make up show you different sensations.

Other interesting thing was to see how some minutes before the models go to the catwalk, the stylists take care about all the details from the hairstyles. They made some touch with spray, hair brush and other brushes. That was a fantastic time to take pictures!

Before each fashion show we lived stressful moments, but then when we listened the music, we could enjoy the event.
